I love animals, all kinds of animals, but dogs I love the most. My goal as a Trainer is to help people and dogs communicate better with each other so that your dog becomes a member of your family and has a forever home. Trained, well-mannered dogs are happier and fit in our lives better because of the structure provided by an obedience foundation.

I’ve had many pets over the past 30+ years; dogs and cats, horses and goats, rabbits and hamsters, even fish, and I did my best to give them their very best lives.

I’ve been helping people with their dogs for 30+ years, many of which earned obedience titles of varying levels up through Utility Dog.

My German Shorthaired Pointer, Maxx, was my greatest obedience success. He earned:

·      Companion Dog

·      Companion Dog Excellent

·      Utility Dog

·      Placed 9th in the region in Open Class at Gains Western Regional

·      Placed 19th in the nation in Open Class at Gains National Classic

My Golden Retriever, Please, earned:

·      Companion Dog (with a high in trial score on her final leg of 199 ½)

·      Companion Dog Excellent

·      And then I lost the poor girl in an unfortunate accident

I now have a young German shorthaired Pointer named Luna. She’s well on her way to making a name for herself in the dog world.

As you can see, Obedience as a sport is a pleasure of mine, but what I want most is for you to be happy with your dog both inside and outside of your home.
